DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES- Screening and Assessing of Candidates
- Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation
- Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews
- Entering Employee Records & Schedules
- Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership
- Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress
- Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials
- Serve as a backup NHO Facilitator
- Attend Weekly T&D Dept Training Meetings
- Bilingual language (Spanish and English) skills in speaking, reading & writing.
- Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition.
- A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams.
Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
Must pass a criminal background check.
