Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for someone who has a backround in Heavy Duty Vehicle company. Will oversee a few location. salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all western branches.
Collaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to ensureconsistency and quality in maintenance work.
Lead efforts to improve turnaround times and reduce repeat repairs.
Conduct and oversee Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) on vehicles.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best
practices.
Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with highquality.
Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and provide hands-on support as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall fleet performance and reducedowntime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on operational efficiency.
