Lead DevOps Engineer

The Lead DevOps Engineer will work in a complex, fast-paced environment is responsible for managing and supporting our extensive cloud-based infrastructure. This position will assist to deploy, manage, and maintain a highly secure environment and help us incorporate reliable, fault-tolerant, scalable, and cost-effective applications.

The Lead DevOps Engineer with a focus on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with our internal stakeholders.

• Customer-focused, ability to work as a peer with other departments and teams.
• Perform SQL Server database software installations and performance tuning.
• Provide support and monitoring of the production environment.
• Ensure the continual functioning of mission-critical operations.
• Maintain the security and privacy of the information systems equipment.
• Provide advanced production level debugging and support for Microsoft technologies (such as .Net and SQL Server) and open source technologies.
• Testing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, performance-critical client/server, and web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Implement policies and procedures for operations teams.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to DevOps team members.

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, or Enterprise Operations.
• Project Management experience; Agile, Scrum
• Demonstrable experience with the following:
• CI/CD Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Azure Service Fabric
• Microsoft B2C Framework
• Microsoft NET Microservice Architecture
• Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
• ASP.Net, Node.JS, Angular,
• PowerShell
• Microsoft Azure (Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS)
• DevOps (TFS, VSTS), PowerBI
• Machine Learning (Azure ML)
• ASP.Net MVC
• CSS, HTML, IIS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, and XSLT
• iOS (TFS/VSTS builds),
• Jenkins
• Ubuntu.
• Virtualization and Container technologies; VMWare, OpenStack, Docker.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment tools; Git, BitBucket, CodeCommit, Jira, Jenkins, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, unit/integration testing
• Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure architecture.
• HIPAA, SOC 2 or other compliance audit experience.
• Experience managing and administering cloud hosting environments, and withinfrastructure automation / IaC
• Experience working with code management and promotion toolsets, including source code control and continuous integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
