Marketing Intern
Position:
Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.

Role Overview:
This role will support the marketing & creative team in managing sample inventory, organizing photoshoots, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the fast-paced production environment, crucial to assisting creative come to life.This role will work closely with the PR Manager and Brand Image Producer on all JMM ideation to realization processes.
Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Catalogue & Organize Marketing Samples: Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of marketing samples. Document inbound and outbound items, track sample movements, and coordinate gifting.
- Warehouse Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to ensure the marketing department has timely access to samples and packaging materials needed for campaigns and other projects.
- Shipment Management: Handle all shipments for the marketing team, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of samples and materials.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill requests for campaign assets and product imagery for sales partners.
- Production Support: Provide on-set support for marketing shoots and assist at events as needed.
- Coordination of Product Imagery Shoots: Collaborate with the Brand Image Producer to organize and manage product imagery shoots, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
Key Requirements:
- Previous fashion industry experience working on photoshoots or as a stylist assistant strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally within teams.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, creative, and structured in-house environment.
