What You Will Need To Do: (Key Responsibilities)

• Hire Right: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
• Stay Aligned: Maintain an open dialogue with teammates to stay plugged in and on track.
• Plan Ahead: Implement succession planning to nurture future leaders.

• Scheduling: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules, adapting to operational needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements.
• Side-by-Side: Provide on-the-floor leadership for employees to offer real-time support and coaching.
• Client Relations: Serve as the daily point of contact to make sure that service level expectations are met.

• Resource Utilization: Oversee labor costs and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Reporting: Ensure accurate billing and timely financial reporting.

• Strong hands-on leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance. (3+ years in aviation or a relevant service industry).
• Outstanding listening and communication skills and the ability to build strong team member and client relationships.
• Ability to work in a self-managing team.
• Business knowledge to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays - to lead by example and stay in touch with the operation.
