Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our executive compensation project. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful migration of data from our existing systems to a new executive compensation platform. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to develop data requirements, manage data mapping, and address configuration challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Requirements Development: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and oversee data requirements for the new executive compensation system.Data Mapping: Develop and manage data mapping between the old and new systems, ensuring accurate translation of data elements and integrity during migration.
Data Cataloging: Catalog all data that needs to be migrated, including files, configurations, and relevant documentation, to facilitate a smooth transition.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business users and technical teams to identify and address configuration challenges, ensuring that data is correctly integrated and aligned with system functionalities.
Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies and working to resolve them.
Qualifications:
Experience: Data analysis experience, preferably in the financial services or HR sectors, with a focus on compensation systems.Data Mapping Expertise: Proven ability to develop data mapping strategies and oversee data migration processes.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data cataloging tools, data management best practices, and system integration methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex data issues clearly.
