Assistant General Manager
This is a direct hire opportunity working M-F 8am-5pm. They are paying around $70-$80k DOE and is 100% onsite in Perris, CA. They are looking for someone that has between 5-10 years of experience in a food production environment managing teams.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties- Assisting in developing and implementing production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines
- Supervising production managers, purchasing, inventory and warehouse associates and providing coaching and performance feedback
- Tracking production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and ensuring efficient resource utilization
- Enforcing safety regulations on the production floor and promoting a culture of safety awareness
- Tracking KPI’s related to production efficiency, output and quality
- Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions and operational issues
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management regarding production progress, challenges and performance metrics
- Oversee the training and development of production staff on new procedures and equipment
Skills/Qualifications:
- Understanding of food production processes and manufacturing techniques
- Experience managing teams in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented.
