Tasks- Supervise Airfreight Operations file management.
- Ensure post-booking tasks completion.
- Support customer service in query resolution.
- Manage end-to-end Carrier Management.
- Develop carrier relationships for cost-effective rates.
- Enhance team productivity and SOP compliance.
- Analyze air freight rates strategically.
- Review ops plan for improvements.
- Oversee affirmative action plans and complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with key accounts.
- Review departmental targets and stay updated with regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air operations, air freight, and the freight industry.
- Proficient in file management activities post booking.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end Carrier Management for Airfreight Operations.
- Skilled in analyzing air freight rates for strategic decision-making.
- Type of contract: Permanent contract
