The client is a fast-growing full service construction and development firm in North New Jersey. They have been around for about 30 years and have a diverse range of projects they take on.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform close outs of contracts
Manage control team and all project control activities: scope, cost, schedule, resource, change, and risk
Monitor material quanities and labor hours
Ensure proper month end and year end close outs
Oversee receivables and payables balance on allocated projects
Assist in devlopment of operational and reporting standards

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of experience in related field or work
Experience using ProCore and ProSight
General understanding of construction operations and project accounting
Strong understanding of controls processes and procedures
