Job Description

Superintendent - Public Projects up to $35M- Hanover, MA - Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Utilize critical path scheduling systems and technology to manage project schedules effectively.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Public Projects up to $35M- Hanover, MA - Will have

Proven experience as a Superintendent in public infrastructure projects.
Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
