Responsibilities
Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing various tasks necessary for the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Duties include unloading, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and inventory storage.Associates are responsible for the efficient and accurate flow of products from the point of receipt from vendors to the fulfillment of our customers' orders using our wireless warehouse management system.
Candidates must be able to:
- Work 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday – Friday
- TRAINING FIRST THREE WEEKS 10:00AM - 6:30PM
- Work overtime with little to no advance notice
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Follow verbal instructions with a high-level of attention to detail and closure
- Communicate effectively with others
- Do heavy lifting to 50 lbs.; able to consistently lift boxes, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for an entire shift of 8 hours or more as required
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures
- Put safety first at all times
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certified a plus
- Excellent attendance
- Warehouse experience (1 year) preferred
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
- Stand Up Forklifts
- Standing
- Pallet Jack Operation
- Years of experience: 3 years
- Experience level: Experienced
