Job Description
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on sampling, flow monitoring, and air drying equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and operational checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Respond to emergency service calls both during and outside regular hours.
  • Program and troubleshoot microprocessor and PLC-based equipment controls.
  • Serve as a technical resource to customers, resolving on-site technical issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing on-site training when needed.
  • Partner with sales representatives and management to drive service and aftermarket growth.
  • Prepare and deliver annual, semi-annual, and one-time repair quotes.
  • Complete and submit detailed reports and checklists to the customer and internal admin teams.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proficient in instrumentation with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and consultative skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in computer and service software applications.
  • Resides in Western Pennsylvania or Cleveland, Ohio area.
  • Open to training for candidates with the right technical aptitude.

What's on Offer

Local travel is expected with this position 100% of the time. Overnight travel will be required 1-2 days a week.

Required Education and Experience
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must have Mechanical Aptitude.
  3. Previous work history with a service based organization.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  1. The ability to pass government background checks and regular drug screening.
  2. Refrigeration Experience a plus but not required.
Required License and certifications
  1. Must have a valid, unexpired driver's license.
  2. Good driving record
