Robert Half is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with significant experience within the Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) industry for an ongoing contract opportunity. Essentially, this role is concentrated on supply chain management, process enhancements, and value stream mapping, all critical areas in our goal to ensure operational efficiency within the organization. This individual must have strong knowledge in the CDMO industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services from a supply chain perspective, enhancing infrastructure and improving the overall business process.
- Lead projects in value stream mapping to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop strategic plans and innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders for the proper. implementation of plans.
- Periodically report on project updates, potential risks, and returns.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience within a CDMO environment.
- Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
