Job Description
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders. They should have a solid background in construction management or engineering, with extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are crucial for navigating challenges and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Additionally, they should be adaptable, able to handle stress, and proficient in project management software.

Experience with budget management and a proven track record of successful project completions are also highly valued.
