Shift Hours - Flexible around classes, Day Shift (3-4 days a week)

Rates: 23.00/hr.

6+ Month Contract opportunity

Here's what you'd do:

• Supporting materials team in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
• Conducting studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
• Developing/maintaining systems associated with warehouse/shipping processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
• Collaborating with contractors and suppliers for project implementation.
• Managing the priorities and utilization of resources efficiently.
• Help develop standard work instructions to be used as training guidelines for new employees.
• Working with cross functional teams (quality, manufacturing, materials, design engineering, finance) to achieve plant goals.
