Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Attorney/Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Construction. This role is based in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, 19102-4109, United States and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team in a critical role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties relating to property law, including advising on real estate transactions and disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matters related to real estate and construction
- Represent the company in court or before government agencies, if necessary
- Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
- Advise on the legal aspect of real estate transactions
- Conduct research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate legal action
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations
- Negotiate real estate transactions, ensuring the best possible terms for the company
- Provide legal advice and support on a variety of general corporate matters
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent approach to client service. • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience as an attorney, preferably within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and argue cases.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Strong negotiation skills for achieving the best results for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal jargon for the understanding of clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to stay updated on new rules and regulations in law, particularly in construction and real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
