Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile casino construction project. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of the project, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.They will also be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects within the construction industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of construction management, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Job Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Oversee all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction to project closeout
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community groups
- Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and budget control
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
- Establish and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables
