Responsibilities- Field calls from current and new patients
- Check patients in for their appointments
- Collect and process insurance, payments and patient documents
- Schedule medical appointments using schedulng system for in person and virtual visits
- Assign appointments dates and times based on the medical needs of the patients
- Listen sympathetically and move the flow of conversation forward
