Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Analyst, job duties include:
- Review parts availability based on demand, determine volumes, and manage stocking locations to optimize inventory replenishment. Ensure alignment with service level goals, inventory turnover, and value targets for assigned parts groups.
- Implement SMART stocking strategies and material matrix decisions.
- Apply Supply Chain Principles to manage inventory levels and replenishment cycles.
- Establish and negotiate delivery plans to resolve critical vendor back-orders, modification and campaign parts, and initial stock orders.
- Manage retail back-orders and ensure supplier orders are properly aligned with demand.
- Work closely with the Parts Assistance Center (PAC) and Parts Technical to resolve critical back-order situations, prevent buy-back scenarios, and minimize customer dissatisfaction.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in integrated supply chain management (ISCM), vendor management, purchasing, automotive parts & accessories, finance, or business.
- Proficiency in JDA and SAP required.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving process improvements and optimizing inventory management.
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience using reporting tools to track and assess inventory and vendor performance.
