  • Manage office supplies by maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Ability to create and manage Banner Ads
  • Proficient in various Computer Programs
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in About Time software
  • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
  • Familiarity with Billing Functions
  • Able to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in maintaining Office Supplies
