Responsibilities- Manage the full cycle of AP, including coding, batching, and entering invoices into the system
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and manage vendor communications to resolve invoice issues
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including ACH and wire transactions
- Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices and supporting documentation
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment status and account balances
- Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
- Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is required)
- Expense Reports (2 years of experience is required)
- Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)
- Matching (2 years of experience is required)
- High Volume (2 years of experience is required)
