Fresno - Payroll Specialist

We are offering a contract to permanent placement role for a Payroll Specialist position in Fresno, California. The selected candidate d will be tasked with managing various accounting and payroll functions. The successful candidate will work in an office environment, utilizing their expertise in accounting software systems, auditing, benefit functions, Quickbooks online, Paycom, and billing functions.

• Oversee and manage the organization's payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and accounting processes.
• Manage benefit functions, including the administration of employee benefits and the reconciliation of benefit statements.
• Use QuickBooks Online for various financial tasks, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports.
• Work with Paycom software for payroll processing, HR management, and other related tasks.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Prior experience in Auditing is a must
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is expected
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is necessary
• Competence in using Paycom software is vital
• Expertise in Billing Functions is essential
