Responsibilities
Process high volume incoices within 48hrs and work closely with manager to resolve discrepancies and issues. Process invoices from multiple vendors and reconcile purchase orders for vendor invoices throughout the AP department. Process and respond to inbound inquiries from vendors.Must have PO invoice processing experience with 2 way and 3 way matching experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excel (Pivot Tables and V-Lookup) experience is a must.
