Entry Level Accountant will perform Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assist the Senior Accountant with various projects.- Journal entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Expense reporting
- Vendor maintenance
- Assist with month end close
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Business or similar
- 1+ year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role doing Full cycle accounts payable and receivable
- Advanced Excel skills with fast data entry and experience with software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi
- Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
