Project Manager with HR

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with HRIS applications, particularly SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and define project objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Lead and facilitate project team meetings, providing weekly status updates. Ensure accountability among project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Facilitate and manage customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage project documentation including a project schedule, RAID log, enhancements log, status updates, and customer presentations. Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions to evaluate the success and shortcomings of project elements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated expertise in project planning and management. Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions and present information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills for problem-solving and sound judgment in complex decision-making. Proficient in planning and organizing work processes, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with HRIS application SuccessFactors is advantageous. Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR systems. PMP certification is preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting technologies. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
