Position: Staff Accountant
Job Summary
Are you a talented individual with 1-3 years of accounting experience? We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance Team. If you're a multitasker, a deadline-meeter, and a communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.We're all about positivity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Every day, you'll be in charge of processing and reconciling cash transactions for three entities.
The invoices are your domain; you'll review and process them with adherence to our vendor management program.
Monthly and quarterly closes are no problem for you. You'll handle account reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and take care of all supporting schedules.
We don't cut corners when it comes to adherence. You'll ensure strict compliance with our internal policies, regulatory requirements, and GAAP standards.
You're a support superstar, helping out with external, internal, and regulatory audits.
We're all about improvement. You'll assist in identifying and implementing accounting systems and process enhancements.
Tax season? You've got it covered. We need your help with tax analysis and filings.
You're not just an accountant; you're part of our finance team. Collaborate with us on various ad hoc projects.
Qualifications- 3 years of experience in an accounting role
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent direct experience is desired.
Experience with Sage Intacct is a bonus but not a must-have.

This is a full-time position based in beautiful Boston, MA. We operate in a hybrid manner, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The specifics will depend on your team and will be discussed with the hiring manager.
