Customer Support Representative
Robert Half is hiring a Customer Support professional to join the John Deere Financial team to provide front-line technical support, information, and solutions to John Deere dealers and customers!
This is an onsite, long-term contracted engagement that is eligible for retention bonuses and pay increases.

The Contact Center is open from 7a to 7p Monday to Friday; shifts will rotate within the 12 hours of operation:
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 9:00am - 5:30pm
- 10:30am - 7:00pm
Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the 7am-7pm support window.
This position will support the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) for product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Customer Support Representatives provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within the case management system.The candidate for this role will also create and maintain support tools available online.

MyJohnDeere/Website-Dashboard, JDLink, Operations Center, Apex Farm Management, Stellar Support, Mobile Apps, GreenStar Displays, StarFire Receivers, JDLink Terminals, AutoTrac and machine guidance.
This team provides a wonderful onboarding process!
Training and mentorship will last approximately 6 weeks, with the shift being 8a to 4:30p. It takes approximately 3-4 months to be fully trained.
Skillset we are seeking:
- Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Experience with customer service / support
- High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays to support the business
- Experience with data management
What would make you standout:
- Knowledge of agriculture customers
- Agriculture operations experience, including Precision Farming experience
- Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT or a similar discipline
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Ag, etc. is highly preferred. Technical/IT certifications will also be considered.
