Senior Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist
Responsibilities:
Purpose of Your Position- Delivery of treatment services to children ranging in ages from 0-21 years
- Evaluation of children ranging in ages from 0-21 years
- Assist in daily operations of rehabilitation department ensuring compliance

Position Functions and ResponsibilitiesComplete reporting activities as required by regulatory and departmental standards including but not limited to:
- assist with assignment and monitoring of quarterly treatment plans from all staff
- assist in collecting data for quality assurance on quarterly basis
- other activities that may be assigned form time to time
Comply with established policies and procedures re: safety, environmental and infection control, confidentiality of patient information, customer service, attendance, punctuality, dress code, professional conduct, annual health assessments etc.
Carry out all duties that may be requested by Rehab Manager, Supervisor's, Rehabilitation Director and /or Medical Director.

Qualifications:
Educational & Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution
- New York State License in discipline of either Occupational, Physical, or Speech Pathology.
Experience:
Experience:
- Strong clinical skills in the delivery of pediatric therapy (0-21 years).
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to provide training in discipline specific areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Employee Requirements:
- Must meet or exceed all general health standards and requirements for the position as established by employer in compliance with NYSDOH and other regulatory agencies if appropriate
- Must be able to lift, carry, transfer and position patients in therapeutic equipment on static and movable surfaces.
- Must be able to stand and move freely while treating and supervising patients
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of patients as necessary
- Strong communication and written skills compatible with the need to maintain ongoing interaction with staff, patients, their families, and comply with regulatory documentation of services
Working Conditions:
- - Rehabilitation Gymnasium
- Working at tables, floor mats, vestibular simulation equipment,
- Both static and moveable surfaces
Salary Range:
$94,000.00/Yr. To $103,000.00/Yr.
