Seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead night shift production, manage teams, uphold safety standards, and drive process efficiency to meet production goals.

Operations Supervisor Shift Details:

• Hours: 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM, swing shift

Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety protocols and lead incident investigations.
• Manage staffing, oversee team schedules, and handle resource allocation.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and optimize production processes.
• Adjust production plans to meet output targets and support continuous improvement.
