Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, Florida.
Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions(link removed)>
- Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated large law firm experience, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing(link removed)>
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
