Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are hiring a SERVICE DIRECTOR to lead our healthcare laundry Service team in Los Angeles (Gardena,) CA.
The Service Director will manage 2 District Manager direct reports, and a total team of 22 Service Associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include staffing and hiring, training and development, customer service management including problem resolution, and profitable growth within existing accounts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' advanced operational experience preferred (Route sales)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills
- Proficient with MS Office, general PC applications. Excel a plus
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
