We are looking for a Head of Salesforce Platform to join our team.

We are looking for a Salesforce Head of Platform to join the Kapan Languages Group (KLG). The role sits within the KLG Salesforce Team, and you would be working directly with several different business units within the Kaplan Languages Group, as well as some potential group Kaplan functions.

You’ll work to maintain and evolve our current Salesforce Org, develop new business capabilities and components, while also looking to take advantage of new and emerging technologies within the Salesforce Ecosystem.

You’ll work to develop capabilities that enable the Kaplan Languages Group to both transform ways of working and realise the full potential of the tooling & capabilities offered within the Salesforce platform and Salesforce ecosystem effectively and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce expert with experience of leading a team, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role
  • Proven experience leading a Salesforce team.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
  • Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to analyse, design and optimise business processes via technology and integration, including leadership in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
  • A thorough understanding of web services, data modelling and enterprise application integration concepts.
  • Clear and demonstrable understanding of Salesforce best practice.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft and AppExchange solutions.
