Our client is a reputable, fast-growing company in San Diego, CA known for its professional business ambiance and innovative work culture. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can keep the office running smoothly, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  3. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
  4. Implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are observed by all employees.
  5. Coordinate with IT department to maintain office equipment as necessary.
  6. Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and other similar activities.
  7. Organize and manage records, databases, and office filing systems.
  8. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  9. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft and Microsoft Outlook, in particular).
  11. Experience with office management software.
  12. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  14. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Ability to manage internal and external relationships respectfully and professionally.
