We are in search of a Software Support Specialist to join our IT Software team in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. This role involves assisting with software-related inquiries, navigating technical challenges, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in navigating software-related queries and technical challenges
- Utilize SQL knowledge to facilitate efficient problem solving
- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare terminology and billing
- Adapt rapidly to new technologies and processes
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Maintain calm and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines
- Display flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to contribute positively
- Use 'Computer Hardware', 'Customer service software', 'Call Center Customer Service', 'Billing software', and 'HealthCare Billing' skills as necessary.
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT software support role
- Proficient in Computer Hardware
- Understanding of SQL is a plus
- Experience with Customer service software is a must
- Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service is desirable
- Familiarity with Billing software is required
- Experience in HealthCare Billing is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills.
