salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Identify and clarify key customer requirements, product specifications, and installation schedules.
- Respond to inquiries and request-for-quotes (RFQs), conducting detailed reviews of construction documents and specifications.
- Prepare and issue quotes, and actively follow up with customers to address pricing, lead times, or other questions to secure their business.
- Develop and submit shop drawings for customer approval.
- Select installation contractors and negotiate pricing for services.
- Coordinate field surveys between the contracted installer, customer, or general contractor.
- Upon approval of the quotation, release orders to the factory floor and schedule installations with the customer or general contractor.
- Oversee field communication with customers and contractors regarding installation requirements, schedules, and updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Work with the accounting team to resolve any purchase order, invoicing, or contract-related issues.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales team on strategic initiatives, forecasting, and enhancing customer service.
