We are currently handling a confidential search for a highly experienced Sales Manager. The client is a well-established leader in the technology industry, specializing in providing advanced audio-visual (A/V) solutions to commercial enterprises.

Job Description
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the refractory metals industry.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in targeted industries.
  3. Business Development: Compromise a cold / warm business development strategy to expand customer base and company sales.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Lead Generation/Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
  6. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our refractory metals, their applications, and unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
  8. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical information to prospective clients.
  9. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree is strongly preferred but relevant market experience to be considered.
  • 5+ years in Audio Visual (A/V) Industry desired).
  • Prior experience in a hunting / business development capacity.
  • Technical accumen / familiarity with A/V equipment and solutions.
  • Strategic sales and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to present to clients and close deals.
