Job Description- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs. Prepare regular progress reports for senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenses, assist in budget forecasting, and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations. Conduct safety audits and promptly address any safety concerns.
- Identify potential project risks and collaborate with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, and resource shortages.

The Successful Applicant- Over 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in PlanGrid, Raken, and Bluebeam is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Excellent management skills in effectively handling budgets, schedules, and resources
- Capable of coordinating and leading diverse teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers
- Skilled in adapting to changing project requirements and conditions
