Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
  • Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods
  • Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
  • Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
  • Integrate new products and product refinements into production
  • Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
  • Generally 5 years industry experience in specialized functional discipline in SMT, Micro-electronics and hybrid experience.
  • Experience in automatic and manual wire bonding, eutatic die attach, seam welding and CSAM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $93,569 - $116,961 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
