Job Description
  • Leading the department for a sizable residential asset and department and managing all operational activities.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve performance and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the property industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and making recommendations to the executive team.
  • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to drive performance.
  • Managing budget and resources to achieve objectives.
  • Oversight of construction for this development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using property management software.
  • Will be investor facing with strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Luxury residential experience is essential to this role.
