Job Description- Leading the department for a sizable residential asset and department and managing all operational activities.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve performance and profitability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the property industry.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and making recommendations to the executive team.
- Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to drive performance.
- Managing budget and resources to achieve objectives.
- Oversight of construction for this development.

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the property industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using property management software.
- Will be investor facing with strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Luxury residential experience is essential to this role.
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $135,000 - $205,000 + competitive bonus package.
