Accounts Payable Clerk

This role involves interacting with customers and handling their inquiries as well as monitoring their accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner
• Manage and update customer credit records with a focus on accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and act appropriately based on their status
• Perform account reconciliation tasks meticulously
• Carry out check runs systematically and regularly
• Code invoices accurately for future reference
• Enter data efficiently while ensuring its accuracy
• Process invoices in a timely and reliable manner
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks
• Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
• Operate SAP for various business processes. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), handling all outgoing payments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Expertise in performing Check Runs, providing a systematic review of all outgoing payments.
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices, assigning appropriate codes to each invoice for easy tracking and categorization.
• Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and updated.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing, overseeing the entire payment process from receipt of invoice to payment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, utilizing it for various financial tasks and reports.
• Experience with QuickBooks, managing all financial data and transactions.
• Knowledge of SAP, assisting in the efficient management of business operations and customer relations.
