Our team is currently in need of a proficient Systems Analyst who will focus on providing technical support to our users and maintaining optimal function of our HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve problems for business-specific applications
• Ensure optimal function of HR systems, including configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrade of applications, systems, and modules
• Liaise between HR, information technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
• Implement internal HR initiatives using HR systems solutions
• Manage permissions and accesses to HR systems
• Maintain a high level of discretion regarding access to and reporting of sensitive data contained within the supported system(s)
• Prepare new report templates for HR staff, managers, and executives as needed
• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources for analysis
• Review HR business processes to identify opportunities for technology solutions to replace manual processes
• Coordinate testing and implement solutions
• Analyze, understand, and document current state processes to understand the context and implications of change
• Assemble and present information to management-level positions, as necessary
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, as necessary
• Prepare training materials, guides, documentation and perform user training as needed.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, demonstrating the ability to manage and track projects effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Citrix Technologies, with the ability to implement and troubleshoot Citrix systems.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IBM systems and software, with a focus on problem-solving and system optimization.
• Mastery of Linux Technologies, with the ability to administer and manage Linux-based systems.
• Demonstrated experience with AB Testing, showing proficiency in optimizing system performance and user experience.
• Proficient in Active Directory, demonstrating the ability to manage users, groups, and permissions.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, showing the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies, with the ability to secure data and manage backup systems.
• Ability to create and manage a Business Requirement Document, clearly outlining system needs and goals.
• Experience with iCIMS, demonstrating the ability to manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with Dayforce, showcasing the ability to manage workforce management systems effectively.
