S125 Service Associate

We are in search of a Call Center Customer Service Rep to join our team in the Payroll Services industry, located in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will be tasked with providing customer service in a client service center, handling inbound calls, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and responding to inbound calls from both active and terminated participants/employees of our clients
• Interacting with client/employer plan administrators through inbound calls
• Providing education on S125 products, our policies and procedures, and IRS guidelines and regulations
• Escalating tasks or documentation to other teams within the organization as necessary
• Developing and maintaining a basic working knowledge of the range of our products
• Utilizing various systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex Core Advanced, and ORS
• Ensuring all interactions are documented, and data entry tasks are performed accurately
• Maintaining a strong sense of prioritization and organization in your work
• Researching and resolving client claims and complaints effectively and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Demonstrable experience in Customer Service
• Proficient in Documentation, Planning, and Procedures
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a call center setting
• Proven expertise in handling Complaints and Prioritization of tasks
• Knowledge of Health Insurance and HRIS System preferred
• Experience in Employee Benefit Plan administration preferred
• Ability to Perform Data Entry tasks swiftly and accurately
