We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with a CPA firm in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be serving as a crucial point of contact and coordination within our team. Experience working at a CPA firm would be beneficial in this role but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to inbound calls and promptly address customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with detail and efficiency
- Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating our systems
- Manage email correspondence, responding in a detailed and efficient manner
- Coordinate both inbound and outbound calls, effectively managing communication flow

- Demonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls, showcasing excellent communication skills
- Robust customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer queries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented communication
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication, meeting scheduling and task management
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting
- Ability to schedule appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills
