We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with a CPA firm in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be serving as a crucial point of contact and coordination within our team. Experience working at a CPA firm would be beneficial in this role but is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inbound calls and promptly address customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with detail and efficiency
  • Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating our systems
  • Manage email correspondence, responding in a detailed and efficient manner
  • Coordinate both inbound and outbound calls, effectively managing communication flow
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks and data management
  • Manage appointments and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations within our office
  • Leverage Microsoft Outlook for effective email communication and schedule organization
  • Create and manage presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Draft, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls, showcasing excellent communication skills
  • Robust customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer queries and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented communication
  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication, meeting scheduling and task management
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting
  • Ability to schedule appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills
