We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in New York, NY. We are seeking someone who is a professional practitioner who will provide an elite level of care, while demonstrating empathy and respect towards all. This is an opportunity for an established provider to operate their own part or full-time practice in a collaborative setting, taking advantage of complete administrative and operational support, as well as having access to our large, out-of-network patient base.About us:
Our Wellness Center has a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to provide our patients with a complete approach to healthcare, teaming up to ensure that we can address our patients health and wellness concerns. Our model has a team of Medical, Wellness and Lifestyle experts in one location- with medical doctors, physiatrists, massage, acupuncture, chiropractors, physical therapists, as well as stress management counseling.

We are a team of dedicated practitioners who strive to provide exceptional, individualized treatment plans resulting in optimal clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities: Responsible for patient caseload
Focuses on the prevention and treatment of functional disorders of the abdominal, pelvic and low back regionProvides high quality patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation
Comfortable performing internal and external pelvic floor muscle assessment, providing evidence-based treatment for simple and complex pelvic health cases and discussing plan of care with patients.
Directs and aids the patient in mobility and strengthening exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Documentation- timely and accurate
Qualifications: NY Licensed Physical Therapist
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Schedule: Part time or Full time
Flexible schedule
Compensation (range): $60-$70|hr
