We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Edgewater, Maryland. The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and manage electronic documents including scanning and printing
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, screening as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and data entries
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks
  • Greet and assist customers with a detail oriented demeanor
  • Effectively manage email correspondence
  • Schedule appointments as necessary. • The applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or a similar position.
  • Proficiency in managing inbound calls and effectively directing inbound and outbound call traffic is required.

  • Proficiency in data entry tasks is required, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to compose and respond to emails in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Must be skilled in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word is required.
  • The applicant should have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a systematic and orderly work environment are required.
