Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic B2B Event Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee and execute all aspects of our conferences and in-person events across North America. Reporting to the Vice President, North America Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with our business goals and provide exceptional experiences for our attendees.

Identify and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B event management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in event marketing & sales software and tools – we use Salesforce & Pardot
- Ability to travel as needed for events across North America.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Interest in environmental industry a plus!
