Mechanical Assemblers 1st and 2nd shift
Adecco Staffing is hiring for Mechanical Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift! This is for a manufacturer in Peabody, MA. These are temp to perm positions.
1st shift Pay: $23-24 per hour2nd shift pay: $25-26 per hour
1st shift schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am-330pm
2nd shift schedule: Monday thru Thursday 230pm-1am
Responsibilities- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and other instructions
- Prepare cables by stripping, tinning, and labeling
- Use hand and power tools to assemble parts
- Adjust and calibrate machines like drill presses and lathes
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit
- Connect cables, tubes, and wires
- Fasten parts together using bolts and rivets
- Operate automated assembling equipment
- Transport or position larger parts using small cranes
- Test and inspect components for quality and uniformity
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and other written instructions
- Knowledge of how to use hand and power tools
- Knowledge of how to adjust and calibrate machines
- Knowledge of how to position, align, and adjust parts
- Knowledge of how to connect cables, tubes, and wires
- Knowledge of how to fasten parts together using bolts and rivets

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
