Job Description
My client is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to join their international marketing team. This remote role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote assigned product lines and service capabilities. The position emphasizes defining target audiences, crafting compelling product messaging, and driving customer acquisition through cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product focus, positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including product descriptions, web content, sales tools, and presentations, while maintaining a content calendar for releases.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, KOLs, and industry leaders to enhance scientific and market credibility.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Align with R&D, product management, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive product marketing strategies.
- Uphold the organization's core values in all marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Strategic Marketing Manager comes with a strong background in life sciences to drive innovative marketing strategies for their product lines and services. This remote role requires a candidate who excels in life science marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for biomedical research and a commitment to advancing industry solutions.
- Education & Expertise: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences is required. Knowledge of mouse models, in vivo pharmacology, drug discovery, or experience in biopharma CROs is highly desired. Expertise in oncology, immunology, metabolic, or neurology therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of life science marketing principles, competitive analysis, and the ability to create concise and impactful messaging. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally in team settings.
- Analytical & Project Management Abilities: Data-driven decision-making skills with a capacity to interpret metrics, prioritize projects, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
