We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Investment Advisory, located in New York, New York. The role is for a Video Editor who will be instrumental in creating visual content across different platforms.
The job function includes editing videos for three websites, possibly for social media, and events.
Responsibilities:- Craft and edit engaging video content for various platforms.
- Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom in video creation and editing.
- Work on short-term projects across multiple domains.
- Implement color correction techniques to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
- Create animations and advertisements as part of the video content.
- Collaborate closely with the team to align video content with overall brand strategy.
- Handle the editing and processing of broadcast and commercials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement them in video editing processes.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements for video content. • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom
- Experience in creating and editing advertisements and commercials
- Demonstrable skills in animation and broadcast
- Expertise in color correction techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Investment Advisory environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience in the investment advisory industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
