Job Description

• $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs
• Boston, MA
• Responsibilities
• Manage and ensure the success of multiple construction projects, with a focus on corporate interiors and tenant improvements.
• Handle all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, vendor selection, and financial analysis.
• Oversee the project's financial health, reviewing all project documentation, including change orders, bid docs, and vendor qualifications.
• Coordinate project teams, including in-house staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Engage with clients in a polished, professional manner-presenting, selling, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Review and approve all aspects of project financials, invoices, and payments, negotiating and ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
• Report directly to the Head of Operations and work with a dedicated team for project execution.

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years of General Contractor or Construction Management experience, specializing in Corporate Interiors, Fit-Outs, Tenant Improvements, and Build-Outs.
• Experience managing projects in the $20M+ range, specifically in corporate interiors (NO core & shell experience required).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communicator, organized, polished, team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter, able to roll up sleeves and jump in when necessary.
• Must be able to commute to Downtown Boston and oversee projects within the 128 belt and surrounding areas (Waltham, Woburn, Wellesley, Weston, Southern MA, RI, NH, ME).

• Base Salary: $175K - $200K
• Annual performance bonus ranging from $8K to over $20K.
